PLEASE FOLLOW MY TERMS

 

Nothing on my site is to be used for as is or sold for as is.

You may not put my tubes or line arts as they are in your member area!

You may not make tubes from my line arts, and sell them in tube packs for as is use.

Its up to me to sell my stuff as is not you , if I decide to do so to make a profit.

 

If you are unable to read my terms, because you can not read or speak English.

By  joining my membership or buying my graphics you are agreeing to my terms

even if you did not take the time to read them!!

 

Craft or embroidery sites must purchase a commercial  license

as well  a membership of their choosing. This license

must be posted on their site, and linked back to mine.

Presently I do not charge for tubing licenses to make

tubes from my line art.

 

You must have a kid friendly site to join. No nudity!

You must have script protections, like no right click etc.

 

If you are caught bashing or abusing my site. You shall be removed

and no refund will be given!

 

Any member who is caught breaking my terms shall be removed from my member area;

and no refund will be given

 

I have the right to refuse anyone who does not meet my approval for membership


Please provide a valid e-mail address or I will not responsible if you do not receive my e-mails.
I am not on the computer 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

Your  order will be processed with in 48 hours once payment is received,

baring circumstances beyond my control.
If you have not received your information with in 48 hours of your payment, email me immediately.
Absolutely NO REFUNDS will be given once the password information has been emailed out to you.

 

All members must put my Members Logo  their site, and link it back to Adorable Adornments.

Anyone Caught not displaying a link back to A/A , will have violated my Terms.

Will be warned and if my link is not displayed within two days.

When they will be removed from my member area with no refund!

 

If you do not renew your membership, or if I have cancelled you for any reason 

and you still have my graphics on your site and continue to use my pixel line,

for personal use and for profit, then my site links must remain on your site
I have the right to add to or change my terms at anytime

 

MSN & Yahoo GROUPS

 

Snag and sharing Groups

 

None of my colored TUBES, ADOPTIONS, SIG TAGS Ect, graphics

can be used in or shared in M S N & Yahoo snag or sharing groups.

 

You may not send or share siggies or anything made from my tubes in snag or sharing groups.

 

The reason for this is . I don't want my tubes in your siggies, etc

 mass produced, and given away for free.

I am trying to, some what protect my tubes.

 So that, me and my members , who use them to make siggies and stuff to sell.

 Will still be able to turn a profit. To supplement our income

 and  to help pay for the upkeep of our sites.

Think about it ! if everyone can get them for free.

 Why would anyone buy them?

 

The only except are my pixel line arts

You may color my line arts. Then make siggies  to share.

 In your M S N & yahoo  sharing groups.

 

Do not  share or offer my pixel line art (black outlines) as they are in your groups!

Which also means you may not write tutorials with my outlines to be shared in groups !

 

Ad groups, learning, personal and friends groups

 

You May use my siggie in these groups in your e-mail. For your own personal use.

You may use the siggies you make with my tubes for yourself in these groups.

You may make siggies for your friends only ! Not for the whole group!

please if possible, send the siggies to your friends personal e-mail address.

 

Do not  share or offer my pixel line art (black outlines) as they are in your groups!

Which also means you may not write tutorials with my outlines to be shared in groups !

 

 

For Using my graphics

Your site must have a no right click, No drop drag, and

disable image tool bar on the page displaying my graphics.

You may not use my Tubes, adoptables, Lineart as they are for profit!

You may not just add text and claim my graphics  as your own.

All  copyrights remain with  Adorable Adornments! Even if you painted and make

tubes, sig tags or anything from my Line art. the  copyright of the black

Lineart ( outline) still belongs to Adorable Adornments!

 

Sig Tags

 

All tags must be personalized.
Because I do not want blank tags floating around.
For others to snag and put their names on them.
Also without personalization they are not tags.
They are tubes, and my tubes are for my members only! 

 Please state Category name and the name of the tag.

example Bear Buddies/ Snow Juggle
You are allowed only 3 a month.
If you don't order or order the full amount.
You can not make up for it in the following month.
I hope you understand. It takes a lot of time to
make tags. I also work full time, so my time is limited.

 

Animations

All members have my permission, to use the way I animate my sig tags.

 For their own siggies. If you open my sig tag into your animation shop.

 You will see How they are animated. It is self explanatory.

 


Tubes

you may not digitize my tubes

and you may not digitize my tube and put them on a cds.

You may colorize grey scale tubes for more colors. for your personal use only.

You may not just colorize and tube the grey scale graphics.
To sell and claim as your own graphics.

You may not use my tubes as they are for profit!

You may not make tutorials from my tubes!

You may not make tube sets with my original tubes

You may not put my tubes in sets for others to resell.

You may not sell your sig tags with my tubes in them in blank sets

All tags sold with my tubes in them must be personalized.

Tubes are not to be offered as they are for download.

You can not offer my tubes in your member area

You can not add your graphics to these Tubes. Then think that

you can offer them as your tubes in  your members area!

You must make something  sig tags , premades etc.

You only make tubes ,from my line art that you painted yourself!

You may not put my tubes on any DVD, CD, or Dis

Free or for sale.

I do not want my Tubes in any unprotected free area.

Do not change or alter my tubes in anyway

Please do not share my tubes with other sites or friends.

You may not just add text to my tubes and sell them!!

You may make something from them. 

You may use them to add to your own graphics.

or you may add your graphics to them.
then you may use them to make your own sig tags,

web sets, wrappers, premades etc..
After you make your own images from my tubes,

Only  then can they be used for both commercial and personal use.

You must give credit and a link back, on each web page that you use my tubes.

If you make an web set, e-mail letter or e- cards (incred. letters ect) using my tubes. I must receive

credit and a link back to my site, for my tubes on your web set, e-mail or e-card letter.

If you Make siggies  web set, and premades, credit and a link back to

my site must be displayed on that page or  e-mail letter. A small text link is fine.

 

 

Doll Base Tubes Terms

Don't offer doll bases as they are. You must paint your own clothes, and dress them. Add your own hair styles if bald.

You may change the skin tones, but not the face unless it is blank . Then you can tube them and use them for profit and  link ware.

 

Adoptions

Free  adoptables and are not to be offered for download on your site.
They are to be placed on your web site only and for decoration only!

When adopting my graphics you must place a link back to my site, on the same page

 

Please link the certificates back to A/A . if it has no certificate then take

or a text link saying adopted or purchased from A/A

 


 Line Art / Black outlines/

May not make any as/is content from my line arts ( no tube sets etc).
I have added a members area, all l Line Art is not to be offered for download on any web set as it is,

what you make with the Pixel Line Art is yours to do with as you wish.
For example: you can make sig tags, animations, and tubes, etc. and sell them,

as long as they are painted, please color them differently than the ones on my pages.

You may not chop up my line arts, outlines !  to use parts to make to a new image.

You may add your own graphics to the line art, outline.

You may not tube my line art to make blank sig tags to offer for purchase.

You may not make a cd collections from anything you make from my outlines.

If this was done then you would owe royalties to me for each disc you sell!

You may remove the text if it is not preferable to what you are making.

Templates, Tutorials

You may no longer use my black out lines art to make templates or tutorials.

you may not write tutorials with my outlines to be shared in groups !
